Everyone be sure to clear your calendar for this trail ride. If anyone needs any help getting their Bronco ready be sure to let us know, I'm sure everyone would be glad to help.

Adrienne was really disappointed that I wasn't going to take tucker to this, so if the weather is nice, I'll be coming with tucker and maybe Adrienne and Sadie.  Course, if I can find a hard top and fix the heater, we can come regardless.

Gary, you have time before then to help me get the new seats in?

I will get you the rest of the tires this weekend so you have them for the trail ride. My top is not great but you can use it. I cant make this one because of prior plans.

What do you need to do to put the seats in?

make some brackets to adapt the stock sliders to the new seats.

I've got a 4'x4"x.1/8" piece of steel flat stock to use.

So you just need it cut and bent? If so just mark it up where you want it cut and I can cut it for you sometime next week. I'll be back in town next Tuesday so drop it off anytime after that.

You should be able to bend 1/8" bar stock in a vise easily.

cut and welded.  I may see if Travis has time to knock it up, fitting will be easier if it is all done at one time.  I threw that pic together on sketchup(CAD).

Why wouldn't you just bend the ends up after you drill the holes?

never thought to bend it...don't see why it couldn't work that way.

did you upgrade to 31 spline axles when you swapped your diff?  still have your 28 splines axles?

I did not upgrade because I had just bought new 28 spline Yukon axles just months before I decided to put a locker in it.

Who is planning to go to Albany this Saturday. Some of us are meeting at the Bradfordville Publix at 7:15am and will try to arrive at the sand dunes at 9:00am. If anyone want to follow us up just let me know so we can wait on everyone.
