ANF trail ride
« on: March 08, 2013, 01:42:06 PM »
Hey guys,
Kinda last minute but a few of us are going to ride in the National Forest tomorrow after lunch (Turkey Season in the morning). We are meeting at the Sonic Drive Through in Crawfordville @ Noon. After lunch we will start our ride on Forest highway 13 and Arron rd. Hope you guys can make it.

Happy Bronco Friday. ;D

I'm going to be making a run out to hosford for my tires tomorrow afternoon.  I'll call on my way back in and see if I can meet up.  What CB channel do you normally run?

Be sure to call us, we will be out there somewhere and we can meet you. This will be the first trip that someone else besides me has a working CB so any channel will be fine. I just have a standard 40 channel, no SSB.

same as me.  keep tuned to channel 9 and we'll hop after contact.  Assuming I make it out there...be interesting to see how a trailer with 13" tires does in the woods ;D

We had a great ride in the National Forest today. We ended up with two Broncos and two Jeeps. We found a little mud, a little sand, a few creeks, a few ponds, some hills and some really nice trails. ;D

looks like a good time, sorry I missed it.  Got my tires and I think they will work great for $125.  One has some scars on the sidewall, but they hold air, so I'm gonna run em.
