Custom Bumpers
« on: February 07, 2012, 03:20:45 PM »
One of the first things I did after I got the 77 back on the road was to build custom bumpers. I used 2" x 6" x 1/4" rectangle tubing. I started with two 6' pieces. I used 2" x 4" channel for the mounts.

Finished product. I'm happy with them but may change the rear latch someday.

I only have a few small pieces left for some brackets. We need to make a list and call Matt to see what he has.

I guess you should do the rockers first. Lets take some measurements so we will know what materials you need.
