Anyone know where i can get a sprayer to spray beliner locally

More than a Bed Liner ... U-Pol Raptor makes an excellent sound deadener under or inside vehicles. Waterproof material stays flexible and reduces road noise and vibration, plus looks great!

should i just spray the under carriage with this ?

Good, paint it with rustoleum oil based paint.

Check the pics of the U-Pol Raptor spray liner that I sprayed on my front 'clip' in my gallery.  Tinted with body color.
