It has been a little while scenes I've post anything. But I will be starting to work on it again. Thinking about going a new direction for the build. I was thinking about a Raptor style Bronco

Yeah it's really a cool truck but the payment's not. :(

I saw on classicbroncos.com that someone else was working on an early bronco with a Raptor looking front grill, it looked kinda cool. There is also a thread on there from a guy who used a wrecked raptor to build a full size Bronco/Raptor and it's awesome.

I do have a really good idea about how to mod the grill and i have some spare parts to start with. But right now still working on the tub. I will post pic's when I get home.
Auto body work a lot looks easier on TV. I shaved the fuel filler hole for a cleaner look. Now trying to make a hidden fuel filler

Last night I order a new tailgate and new fenders. I went ahead and spent the money on new parts to cut down on bodywork time.

I had a little time to work on her to day. Installed new passenger side rocker panel. I had to cut about 1/4 inch off the front part of it so the fender would line up. Then I had to separate the top from the bottom and trim a 1/4 inch off both pieces, and weld it back together.

When I did the rocker panel I mocked everything up with the new stainless steel door hinges. All that I can say is if you are going to go with the SS hinges, make sure you use a thread chaser before you put the new SS bolts in. As you might have guessed one of the bolts broke of in SS hinge and is now stuck in the door. I will get it out later. I had to use a washer behind both of the hinges on the passenger side and the driver side work out just fine.
When I finish with the other stuff then I started on the driver side door. I cut the door skin off using grinder then I made a little angle tab to replace the rusted one.

Sucks about the broken bolt but it looks like you're making great progress.
