How hard is it to Change a rocker panel ? is it cut and weld? or bolt on and bolt off?

It's welded on and a tricky panel to replace because it supports the door posts. You need to be very careful to support the rest of the body before you remove the rocker.

You can do it yourself, that's half the fun of these old trucks. Just take your time and get help from here if needed.
