Hey does anyone know a body guy to do some work on my 77 bronco ? I would like to take the body off while I clean up the frame

Taking the body off is the way to go. It's not hard to take off and makes everything way easier to work on.

Not sure of a local body guy that I would trust. I did my body work myself (and you can tell) so I really don't have any suggestions. What does the body need?

It's got a couple dings and some surface rust

What type of paint and body do you want for the finished product? If you are looking for a good paint job, granted this shop is not a Bronco specialist but they do excellent work if your willing to travel.
